2006 Brown Gelding.
"Zip" should be your next choice for an awesome
good using horse.
He is a big boy with excellent conformation, nice hip, back,
legs, feet, neck and a pretty head.
He is broke pretty darn good, does an awesome slow Western Pleasure lope,
nice head set,
side passes, backs, turns on haunches, goes through water and boggs.
Easy going, walks out
on trails. Has been in steep ground and
worked in feed lot as a 2/3 year old. Easy
to catch, gets
along with others in pen/pasture, loads, hauls, easy shoe, groom, clips and
hobbles.
He is used to shooting and guns. Would
make a great 4-H or show horse with just a little more
work. Or
he would work great for the rancher, trail rider or outfitter.
A good looking horse with a nice pedigree, 15.2 hands with one more
growing year and approx. 1150 lbs. His
sire, dam and siblings are
here on the place and listed on this website.
I really hate to see him go but too many horses to ride and not enough
time, so need to cut back. Transportation
can be discussed.
